Do you run payroll for a practice with part-time staff?
Yes. Part-time and variable hours change the arithmetic and leave the obligations the same. Locums and short-term cover deserve a conversation before the first payment.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most practice clients work with us remotely and visit once a year at most. The drive from Skokie is about ten minutes for either arrangement.
